Mr. Al Hosni is a hydrologist graduated from the College of Agriculture at Sultan QAboos University in Muscat, Oman.  He works in the ministry of regional municipality, environment and water resources.  He currently serves as Assistant Director of Aflaj Spring and permits in the HQ.  During his Humphrey year he plans to develop his profession in the field of water resources management and learn more about water rights.
